The two balconies reef is located in the area facing the touristic town of Arenzano, its position halfway between the coast and the Haven wreck.

 

It is extremely large, about 2 km long and about 1 km wide.

It is characterised by a collection of rocks and pinnacles that rise from a muddy and sandy seabed, which often results in poor visibility.

All the rocks, which in some cases resemble large "panettoni", are covered with large white, red and yellow gorgonians (even 1.5m wide) of incredible beauty.

 

Since the seabed is uneven, the depth varies from a minimum of around 37 meters to a maximum of around 45 meters.
